ASP.NET definitely introduces programmers to a new experience. In reality, it took at least 3 years before the new version was released for this one because the developers really wanted to make sure that they can create a product that they can be proud of and would be useful for others who do a lot of programming as well.

Of course, ASP.NET still uses existing programming languages such as C# and many others. However, they do not leave it as simply as that because they’ve also made a lot of enhancements on the system so that more users can get the best results out of it.

In essence, the goal is not to replace the whole system but to provide something that would more become like a supplement. Yes, it adds flexibility for its users to come up with programs that would be far better than what they usually can with the old tools.
